Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Sift together the first 5 ingredients.
Add milk, salad oil and vanilla; mix until smooth.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
