Anadama Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Add boiling water to first four ingredients.
    Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast which has been dissolved in 1/2 cup water.
    Add flour to make a soft dough.
    Cover and let rise until little more than double in size.
    Form into 2 loaves; let rise again.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
