Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    3 green peppers, chopped
    1/4 Tbsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 c. consomme
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak into 1-inch strips.
    Brown on both sides in a greased skillet.
    Cover with onion and peppers.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender. Serve over cooked rice.
