Turkey Cheddar Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled
    1 c. skim milk
    8 oz. cubed, cooked turkey
    1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    2 c. cold, cooked rice
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Blend in flour and chicken bouillon.
    Gradually stir in milk, stirring mixture until it comes to a boil.
    Stir in turkey and mushrooms.
    Arrange rice in a nonstick 8-inch baking pan.
    Spoon turkey mixture over rice and sprinkle evenly with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
