Newburg Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. hot milk
Preparation
    In small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
    Remove from heat and stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add hot milk, return to heat and cook, stirring until sauce is thick.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
    Stir in 1/2 teaspoon paprika, dash cayenne, 2 egg yolks (lightly beaten with 1/4 cup cream and 2 tablespoons sherry).
