Pasta & Ceci - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can ceci beans
4 oz. tomato sauce
1 diced onion
1 diced celery stalk
1 minced garlic clove
2 bay leaves
1 lb. small pasta
2 Tbsp. olive oil
chopped parsley
chopped basil
10 oz. water
Preparation

Saute celery, onion and garlic in oil until tender.
Add tomato sauce, water and seasonings; cook 10 minutes.
Add ceci and cook another 5 minutes.
Cook pasta, drain and add to ceci.
Add grated Romano cheese to taste.
