Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. cake flour, sifted
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. pecans, ground fine
Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir flour and pecans into butter mixture. Roll dough into small balls. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Roll while hot in confectioners sugar. Cool. Roll again in confectioners sugar. Yields about 3 dozen puffs.
