Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugars, margarine, oil, egg and vanilla.
    Beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Let chill in refrigerator about 1 hour.
    Roll into small balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet and press with bottom of glass, dipped in sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Watch carefully and do not overcook.
