Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    8 garlic cloves
    2 egg yolks
    salt and white pepper
    1 lb. fettucini noodles
Preparation
    Heat cream in medium saucepan; when it begins to simmer, stir in cheese a little at a time.
    Stir continuously over low heat for about 10 minutes.
    Add butter a little at a time.
    When all butter is in and sauce is smooth, remove from heat and beat a small amount of it into the egg yolks; return the egg yolk mixture to the sauce and stir it in thoroughly with a wire whisk.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Mix with cooked noodles (al dente) and toss.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
