Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cubed
    1 can June peas
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 large potatoes, sliced
    1 can cream of tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Arrange meat and vegetables in casserole in alternate layers. Pour in soup and water with salt and pepper.
    Cover casserole and bake in 275\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
