Honey Bourbon Grilled Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lean pork tenderloins
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. bourbon whiskey
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. minced peeled ginger root
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. water
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Trim fat from pork. Combine onion and the next 7 ingredients in a large zip-top bag. Add pork and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove pork from bag. Save marinade. Sprinkle salt and pepper over pork. Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, turning and basting with 1/2 cup of the marinade.
