Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (15 oz.) cans red beans, undrained
    2 (12 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. cajun seasoning
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. turkey Kielbasa sausage, sliced into coins
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2-3 Tbsp. water
    6 cups cooked rice
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, combine beans, tomatoes and seasonings.
    Set aside.
    In a skillet, cook sausage, green pepper and onion over med. heat for 5 minutes.
    Add to bean mixture.
    Bring to a boil over med-high heat.
    Reduce to low and cook for 20 minutes.
    In a small bowl combine cornstarch and water until smooth.
    Slowly pour into bean mixture, cooking and stirring until it thickens approximately 1-2 minutes.\tPlace rice in bowls and top with beans.
