Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 large potatoes
    Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
    seasoning salt (Parmesan cheese or garlic salt are fine, too)
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; do not peel.
    Cut in wedges (6 or 8 per potato).
    Rub wedges with mayonnaise, using a pastry brush or your hand.
    Lay the wedges on a baking dish, sprayed with Pam or covered with foil.
    Sprinkle with seasoning salt on both sides. Bake in moderate oven until tender.
