Cashew Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    8 oz. shredded cheese
    10 oz. cashews
    1 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. sugar or NutraSweet
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    small onion
Preparation
    Layer the lettuce, cheese and cashews in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Blend the remaining ingredients until smooth and pour over the lettuce, cheese and cashews.
