Applesauce Cake Plus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1 lb. can applesauce
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped cherries
Preparation

Cream butter.
Gradually add sugar, creaming until light.
Add eggs, beating well after each.
Sift together dry ingredients. Add alternately to creamed mixture with applesauce.
Stir in raisins, nuts, crushed pineapple and cherries.
Turn batter into greased and lightly floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan.
