Rolled Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. butter
    4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. ice water
    1/8 tsp. salt
    powdered sugar to cover
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add the pecans, vanilla, flour, water and salt; mix well.
    Roll with palms of hands into finger lengths. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Roll in powdered sugar while warm or shake in bag.
