Jelly Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
6 Tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 to 1 1/2 c. jelly of choice
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add sugar.
Continue beating until very light.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir.
Add water and vanilla.
Spread into a greased jelly roll pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Turn out onto cloth towel.
Spread on desired amount of jelly.
Roll up.
Wrap with cloth until cool. Slice with serrated or electric knife.
Yields 24 servings. Preparation time is 40 minutes.
