Rice And Monterey Jack Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked white rice
3/4 to 1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 can regular green chile peppers, chopped
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Layer rice, cheese and sour cream with green chile peppers.
Repeat, ending with sour cream (layers will be thin).
Sprinkle top with Parmesan.
Bake 20 to 23 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
Do not bake longer.
Serves 12.
