Ingredients

1 box yellow Lemon Supreme cake mix
2 1/2 c. Cool Whip (measure the 2 1/2 c. in measuring cup)
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts
peel of 1 lemon or equivalent deyhydrated lemon peel (1/2 tsp.)
Preparation

Chill dough long enough to make handling easier (skip if in a hurry).
Dip by teaspoon into powdered sugar.
Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Do not brown.
