Fajita Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. white or red wine vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour over meat and let marinate for at least 24 hours (fewer for chicken).
    Cook on barbecue grill for best results or broil in oven for approximately 5 minutes on each side or according to preferred doneness.
    Five minutes is medium-well.
