Sausage Kraut Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut
    2 Tbsp. sliced onion
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Pare and cook potatoes.
    Meanwhile, combine sauerkraut and onion; place in casserole dish.
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Spoon over sauerkraut.
    Mash potatoes with milk, butter, salt and pepper. Spread over sausage; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
