Broccoli And Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. broccoli florets (bite sizes)
    2 lb. squash, sliced
    2 small onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 large eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise (I used 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup)
    4 c. (16 oz.) shredded cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Arrange broccoli in large steamer.
    Steam 5 to 8 minutes, until crisp.
    Remove and add squash.
    Steam.
    Combine squash, onion and butter in large bowl.
    Mash or not.
    Stir in broccoli, eggs, mayonnaise, shredded Cheddar cheese and pepper.
    Spoon into 2 lightly greased 2-quart baking dishes.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Can use crushed crackers and melted butter for topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
    Makes 8 to 12 servings.
