Zucchini Crispies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    2 Tbsp. lo-cal mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced green onions
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    3/4 c. soft breadcrumbs
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. oleo, melted
Preparation
    Place zucchini slices on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
    Combine mayonnaise, onion, mustard, marjoram and dried thyme; stir well.
    Spread 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise mixture over each zucchini slice.
    Combine breadcrumbs, paprika and melted oleo; stir well.
    Sprinkle evenly over zucchini slices.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes or until breadcrumbs are browned.
    Serve warm.
