Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag sauerkraut, drained
    4 whole chicken breasts
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In buttered baking pan, place chicken.
    Place sauerkraut over chicken.
    Top with Swiss cheese.
    Pour dressing evenly over cheese.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at
    325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
