Deviled Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat (fresh)
    1/4 lb. saltines, crushed
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine crabmeat, cracker crumbs and eggs. Add onion, bell pepper, celery, mayonnaise, butter, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, dry mustard and salt and pepper. Mix all together well. May be cooked in quiche dish or in devil crab shells. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
