Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. baby food carrots
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small jar cherries
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except the cherries and walnuts. Mix well.
Cut cherries and walnuts into small pieces and mix with batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
