Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
1 c. frozen coconut, thawed
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating until mixture is light
and fluffy.
Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine
flour, soda and salt.
Mix well.
Add to creamed
mixture
alternately with sour cream beginning and ending with
flour
mixture.
Stir
in coconut and flavorings. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 to 15 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in
center
comes
out
clean.
Cool
in pan 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from pan;
cool completely.
