Chocolate Silk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ready made butter or pecan pie crust
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate
    2 eggs
    3 c. whipped topping
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and flavoring until smooth.
    Blend in chocolate (melted) one at a time.
    On high, beat in eggs, one at a time, for 2 to 3 minutes each egg.
    Fold in 2 cups of the prepared whip topping and pour mixture into pie shell.
    Top with remaining topping and chill for 3 hours before serving.
    Garnish with shaved chocolate curls if desired.
