Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. uncooked rice
    4 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Cut chicken into pieces.
    Salt, pepper and brown; set aside. Remove excess fat.
    Brown celery and onion in skillet where chicken was browned.
    Add rice to celery and onion for about 5 minutes, stir.
    Place rice in casserole.
    Add chicken pieces on top.
    In skillet, heat 4 cups water and 2 chicken bouillon cubes.
    Add to casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until water is absorbed and rice tender, or microwave on High for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
