Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. sliced frozen strawberries with sugar (do not pour off juice)
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients, add eggs, oil, pecans and strawberries.
    Stir just until moistened.
    Spoon batter into loaf pan (well-greased).
    Fill pans a little more than 1/2 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
    Makes 3 loaves.
