Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beat well (use large eggs)
    1 pkg. Frozen, chopped broccoli, thaw and drain
    2 c. cornbread mix (I use Jiffy)
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. Sour cream
Preparation
    Add creamed butter to cornbread mix. Add eggs. Mix broccoli, onions and cheese; fold into cornbread mix.
    Blend all together, fold in sour cream last.
    Pour into a greased iron skillet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Test with toothpick after 30 minutes.
