Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. lasagna
    2 eggs
    3/4 lb. cottage cheese
    3/4 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large heavy pan, brown meat in oil with onion, garlic and parsley.
    Add tomato paste, 2 cups of water, salt and pepper. Simmer for 1 hour.
