Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Swiss cheese
2 c. white wine
3 Tbsp. brandy
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. flour
nutmeg or paprika to taste
pinch of garlic powder
Preparation

Coat cheese with flour.
Pour wine in pot.
When bubbles rise, add lemon juice.
Add cheese by handfuls until cheese melts.
Add brandy and spices until blended.
