Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. unprocessed bran
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. honey
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. milk or plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Stir together the bran, flour, raisins, soda, baking powder and baking soda; set aside.
    Blend milk, honey, oil and egg. Add these to dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until muffins pull away from sides of pan.
