Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 c. mushroom mixture
Preparation
    Mix well and shape into 6 patties.
    Brown in 1 to 2 tablespoons oil, drain off fat and add balance of mushroom mixture to which you have added 1/2 cup water.
    Cook 10 to 15 minutes, covered, until meat is done.
    Place patties on serving platter and pour sauce over meat and serve.
