Cracker Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken
    1 envelope Town House crackers
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Crumble the crackers and place on wax paper. Wash chicken.
    Dip the chicken in the butter and then roll it in the crackers (coating both sides).
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish (pour extra butter and crackers over chicken) and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
