Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat (hamburger)
    1 c. cooked Minute rice
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce special
    1 (8 oz.) can plain tomato sauce
    3 to 4 green bell peppers
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Wash and cut bell peppers in half and remove seeds.
    Mix raw hamburger meat, onion and cooked rice.
    Add 1/2 can of the Hunt's tomato sauce special to the mixture; mix well.
    Stuff pepper halves with meat mixture.
    Mix remaining 1/2 can of sauce with the tomato sauce and brown sugar.
    Pour over peppers and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
