Cindy'S Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans peaches, drained
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. plus 2 tsp. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place peaches in bottom of shallow oblong baking dish.
    In separate bowl, mix together 2 teaspoons flour and 1/2 cup sugar. Sprinkle this on top of peaches.
    Then mix 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour and 1 egg until mixture is crumbly.
    Pour over peaches.
