Low Calorie Steak Diane - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. reduced calorie oleo, melted
    2 Tbsp. low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
    2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 (4 oz.) beef tenderloin steaks, approximately 1 inch thick
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard, divided
    1/4 c. brandy
Preparation
    Combine oleo and Worcestershire sauce in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
    Add mushrooms and onions and saute until tender. Place steaks between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap and flatten to 1/4-inch thickness using meat mallet or rolling pin. Spreads 1/2 teaspoon mustard on one side of each steak.
