Beef Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes
    1 onion
    4 stalks celery
    1 green pepper
    1 can tomato paste
    4 large white potatoes
    1 pkg. mixed vegetables
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 boxes pie crust mix
Preparation
    Cut up onion, celery and green pepper.
    Place these in the pot at the same time you start cooking beef.
    Also add tomato paste. Cook beef for about 1 hour.
    Dice potatoes.
    Add potatoes and mixed vegetables to pot when beef has cooked for 1 hour.
    Salt and pepper to your own taste.
