Paprika Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 (14 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and seeded
4 chicken breasts (bone in and skin on)
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp. flour
1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (optional)

Preparation

Cook onion in oil; add salt. Cover. Cook until tender not brown. Add paprika and cook 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes and broth. Stir occasionally to break up tomatoes. Add chicken and simmer meat side down, covered, for 10 minutes. Simmer, uncovered, until chicken is cooked through, 5 to 10 more minutes. Remove chicken from sauce and keep warm.
