Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled and boiled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. chives
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    2 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Drain and mash potatoes.
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add all ingredients, except paprika.
    Beat until combined.
    Pour into a lightly buttered 2-quart casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and place in refrigerator at least 6 hours. Remove from fridge for 15 minutes before baking.
    Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
