Cabrito Guisado - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 baby goat
    cabrito, cut into small pieces
    2 chopped green peppers
    2 or 3 fresh chopped tomatoes
    3 large garlic pods, pressed
    1/2 tsp. comino (if desired)
Preparation
    Let meat cook in its own juices.
    If not fat, add 1 to 1 1/2 cups water and steam until dry.
    Add remaining ingredients (except cabrito) and let fry for a few minutes.
    Thicken with flour dissolved in water.
    Add cabrito until desired thickness is reached.
    You may add tomato sauce if you wish.
