Oyster Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. oysters
    2 pt. milk (low-fat if desired)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    pepper
Preparation
    Heat undrained oysters on medium in a 3 to 4-quart pot.
    Cook until oysters curl around the edges (moderately shrink).
    Pour in milk to make broth.
    Add 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine).
    Add pepper to taste.
    Let heat until butter is fully melted.
    Do not boil.
    Stew is ready to serve.
    Serves 3 to 4.
