Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries, washed
1 c. maple sugar
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. water
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the cranberry skins pop.
Cool to room temperature or chill and serve.
