Louise'S Dill Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 packet dry yeast
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. soda
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Soften the packet of yeast in warm water.
Combine cottage cheese (heated to lukewarm) and other ingredients, adding flour last, enough to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition.
Cover.
Let rise in warm place 50 to 60 minutes.
Stir down dough.
Turn into well-greased 8-inch round casserole.
Let rise in warm place until light, 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt.
