Ham Apollo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. diced, cooked ham
Parmesan cheese
4 oz. green noodles, cooked
Preparation

Cook onion in oleo until tender; blend in flour and seasonings.
Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.
Stir in ham and 1/2 cup cheese.
Alternate layers of noodles and sauce mixture in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with additional cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
