Sausage And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage, cut in 3/4-inch pieces
    1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 red pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 medium onion, cut in thin wedges
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1 c. chicken broth
    8 oz. egg noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Brown sausage for about 10 minutes; remove.
    Drain all but 2 tablespoons of drippings.
    Add peppers, onion, garlic and oregano. Saute until tender-crisp.
    Add broth and sausage.
    Cook until heated.
    Add noodles.
    Toss to coat.
    Makes 4 servings.
