Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, sliced thin
1 Tbsp. butter
2 large potatoes, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
1 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Saute onions in butter.
Add potatoes and mix.
Add lemon juice, thyme and salt.
Oil baking dish, put half of mixture in dish and sprinkle with flour.
Add rest of mixture.
Pour in skim milk and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
