Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork, cut into small pieces
    1 egg
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. oil for frying
    1 large onion, sliced
    3 to 4 carrots, sliced
    2 green peppers, sliced
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Prepare batter of egg, water, flour and salt and let stand for 1/2 hour.
    Heat oil in wok.
    Dip pork in batter and fry a few pieces at a time.
    Drain.
    Stir-fry vegetables in a small amount of oil (2 tablespoons).
    Combine brown sugar, vinegar, juice, water, soy and cornstarch until mixed.
    Add to vegetables in wok and heat.
    Add pineapple chunks and heat until sauce thickens. Pour over pork and rice and serve at once.
